Purpose

This working group is for the discussion and development of guidance for voting system testing-related issues. The guidance will inform the development of requirements for the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG).

Objectives

  • To help determine how the VVSG should be specified.
  • To help determine how the VVSG shuld be structured.
  • To help determine what portions of the new VVSG need to be tested.
  • To help determine how to test those portions.
  • To help determine that specifications/requirements are clear, unambiguus and testable.
